The small blue wires seen at the top of the box are from the rear battery sensing and will go into the BMS. The black and red wires in the same area are for the rear battery pack internal solenoid.
The 3kV Brusa charger is installed where the muffler was. The power cables can be seen in the pictures above entering the main electronics box, and the charge port has previously been shown installed in the OEM fuel filler door. They are also connected. The OEM cooling fans will need to be re-attached to the bottom between the angle iron rails as the fans would have been in the wheel well.
